Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape Lottie’s next stage of growth, owning business planning and budgets, supporting investor relations, and partnering with teams across the company to help them hit their goals.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will build and maintain financial models, interpret financial statements, and present clear recommendations to the leadership team. They will also use AI tools to build and maintain the tools and processes a scaling company needs.

Requirements
- Understand financial statements
- Write own SQL
- Work in git
- Comfortable in Python
- Build financial models from scratch
- Use AI tools like Claude every day
