Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in community-led growth, partnerships, developer advocacy, influencer marketing, or startup growth
- Experience running an ambassador or advocate program
- Strong network instincts and ability to manage multiple external relationships
- Comfortable working with different geographies, time zones, and community types
