Role Overview
The Analyst will support financial reporting, forecasting, business performance analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for FBM. The role requires a strong combination of finance fundamentals, analytical ability, technical capability, and stakeholder management. The Analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager and Senior Analysts while progressively building independent ownership of recurring FP&A processes, reports, analytical models, and stakeholder relationships.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will monitor, report, and analyze business performance and critical financial and operational KPIs. They will support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting cycles, prepare variance analysis, develop clear financial commentary, and support scenario analysis and financial modeling.

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Analytics, Business Finance or a related field
- MBA in Finance, postgraduate qualification in Finance, B.Com with relevant postgraduate qualification, B.E., B.Tech or equivalent degree
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to independently write queries for data extraction and analysis
- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, analysis or automation
- Exposure to Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools
- Strong data collection, collation, cleansing and validation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with financial reports, dashboards, forecasting and variance analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets and develop an understanding of unfamiliar data structures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently within clearly defined areas of ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed stakeholders
