Role Overview

LUCID Implants is a state-of-the-art MedTech Additive Manufacturing company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of custom-made medical devices. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our growth/sales and marketing department.

What You Will Do

As the first in-house growth leadership team hire at LUCID, you will build out the entire sales and marketing function.

Requirements

• Highly entrepreneurial and has built successful initiatives from scratch
• 5+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, demand generation, or growth hacking in medical device industry or at high growth tech startup
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing processes along the entire business value chain
• Communication skills across several hierarchical layers including Senior Executives
• Ability to lead, manage, and remediate during crisis management
• Planning and organizing, strategic thinking, people development, and organizational influence
• Deep understanding and strong connections to the Health Authorities across India
• Significant, direct interaction with India-wide health authorities
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Amazing writer and storyteller with the ability to weave data and science into interesting narratives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data driven decisions
