Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at Lucid, you will support Operations in Manufacturing & logistics organizations, leveraging data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
You will gather business data, analyze complex data sets, develop and maintain dashboards, and report findings to leadership. You will also collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators and metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, visualization, Python, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
