Lucid Motors seeks a highly skilled Staff Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join their growing Marketing Analytics team. The role is ideal for a data professional who excels at transforming complex marketing and customer data into intuitive dashboards, actionable insights, and scalable reporting solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions focused on marketing performance, lead generation, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, brand measurement, and business outcomes. Develop intuitive visualizations that translate complex customer journeys and marketing data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or related analytical roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Expert-level Tableau development experience, including dashboard architecture, and visualization best practices
• Expert-level SQL expertise with proven experience querying, transforming, and modeling large-scale datasets
• Strong experience integrating and analyzing Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud data, and CDP solutions
• Working knowledge of statical inference and machine learning modelling
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and meaningful visual dashboards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven success operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with evolving priorities
