Role Overview
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead revenue planning, reporting, and analysis for the North American retail business. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align plans and identify business trends and drivers.
What You Will Do
The Manager will report to the Senior Director, FP&A, and will be responsible for presenting clear, actionable analysis to senior FP&A and retail leaders, including during weekly business reviews.

Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial analysis, and reporting within a fast-paced business environment
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders through complex, time-sensitive planning processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to high-quality work
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Experience in retail or revenue planning is an asset
- CPA designation or MBA is an asset
