Senior Associate, Sales Analytics & Enablement – Grocery

Role Overview

The Grocery Retail Sales Analyst & Enablement Sr. Associate is a high-impact, multi-functional role sitting at the center of our Grocery team’s day-to-day success. This individual will serve as a critical resource for our regional customers, co-owning the analytics and insights engine that powers how we sell, plan, and grow across the channel.

What You Will Do

The role will involve building and maintaining best-in-class selling stories grounded in syndicated data, serving as the go-to data expert for the Grocery channel, and proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities across the Grocery portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in CPG sales or retail analytics, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience working with syndicated data platforms such as Circana (IRI) or Nielsen
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and polished presentations
• Highly organized with experience managing administrative and contractual workstreams
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with retail portal platforms (e.g., Walmart Luminate, Kroger 84.51°) is a plus
• Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
• Ability to travel to retailer meetings as needed
