Lead Marketing Technology Manager

Role Overview

The Lead Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, and evolution of Lumen’s marketing automation ecosystem. This role supports campaign execution through project management, platform administration, integration management, data quality improvements, and process standardization while partnering with stakeholders to support changing business requirements and new technology adoption.

What You Will Do

Administer and optimize Marketo and related marketing technologies to support reliable, scalable campaign execution. Own the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of integrations between Marketo and connected systems, including Salesforce, Demandbase, Conversica, Knak, NeverBounce, ZoomInfo, OneTrust, and future marketing technologies.

Requirements

• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification
• 5–10 years of experience administering and optimizing Marketo in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting large-scale marketing automation programs and campaign operations
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and complex marketing technology ecosystems
• Experience managing integrations across multiple marketing technologies and supporting data-driven marketing operations
• Experience developing documentation, process maps, operational procedures, and training materials
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
