Lumen is seeking a SR Director of Sales Enablement & Communications to lead the implementation and operation of sales and customer success enablement programs to support revenue objectives. The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring commercial teams have the right skills, product fluency, and capabilities to accelerate sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales enablement strategy, with 5+ in a leadership role
- Expert in world class sales fluency, and sales framework with ability to align these to Lumen’s sales processes
- Proven experience in enablement program development within the technology industry
- In-depth knowledge of relevant market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
