Data Scientist

Role Overview

Act in the exploratory data analysis, development of statistical models and construction of analytical solutions that support strategic and operational decisions of the Grupo Senff, identifying patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement from the data.

What You Will Do

Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends and business opportunities. Develop statistical and predictive models to resolve corporate problems.

Requirements

• Experience with Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy and Statsmodels.
• Mastery of SQL for queries, intersections and analysis of large volumes of data.
• Knowledge in descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing and model validation.
• Experience with classification, regression, clustering and predictive analysis techniques.
• Experience with data visualization using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge in ETL/ELT processes and data preparation.
• Ability to communicate technical results clearly to non-technical audiences.
