Role Overview

The Financial Analyst, FP&A is an entry-to-mid-level role within the Finance team at LV Petroleum. This position supports the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance analysis processes.

What You Will Do

Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Perform monthly variance analysis and assist in the preparation and updating of financial forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and key financial metrics.
