Role Overview
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing configured / customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet the specific needs of our organization.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II)
- Over 8 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in Declarative and Programmatic platforms, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, and third-party applications
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data management practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
