Revenue Operations Manager is a strategic leadership role within LXT’s Growth organization, responsible for architecting, operationalizing, and evolving the systems, processes, and solution frameworks that enable scalable, predictable revenue growth. This role serves as a critical connector across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Delivery, ensuring that revenue strategy is tightly aligned with operational execution across the full customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or related roles in AI/ML, data services, or complex technology environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data workflows, annotation processes, evaluation, and data lifecycle management
- Proven ability to design and communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with pricing models, deal support, and operational scoping
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
