Alaska Marine Lines is seeking a Business Data Analyst to combine analytics, process improvement, and technology to help teams make informed decisions and turn everyday challenges into measurable results.
What You Will Do
The Business Data Analyst will understand the business, turn challenges into plans, make data useful, build better tools, connect people and technology, help projects move forward, and support lasting change.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in business analysis, operations, logistics, reporting, process improvement, or analytics
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Ability to build relationships, manage competing priorities, and follow through on projects independently and collaboratively
- Related bachelor’s degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience is welcome
