Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Product & Services team. This is a broad, hands-on digital marketing role where you’ll help shape how we attract, engage, convert and retain customers across the full digital marketing mix.

What You Will Do

You’ll lead and develop our digital marketing activity across multiple channels, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on day-to-day delivery to support both customer acquisition and existing customer growth.

Requirements

• Significant practical experience across a broad range of digital marketing channels
• Strong experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle journeys and marketing automation
• Good practical understanding of PPC and paid social
• Knowledge of website and CMS management, SEO, content, lead generation and conversion optimisation
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking
• Experience of integrated campaign planning, agency management and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams
• People leadership experience
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• A relevant digital marketing qualification or equivalent professional experience
• A full and valid driving licence
