The GTM Systems Administrator is a foundational hire for the Revenue Operations function at M3, a leading provider of hospitality-specific software solutions. This role will own the day-to-day technical operation of the GTM stack, support Quote-to-Cash processes on the Salesforce side, and free RevOps leadership to focus on strategy and scale.
Requirements
- Serve as the dedicated technical owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Own day-to-day GTM technology stack operations
- Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow, Process Builder, approval workflows, and alerts
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards supporting pipeline visibility, forecasting, and operational insights
- Own lead routing, territory management, opportunity workflows, and account hierarchy processes
- Support Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes within Salesforce
- Monitor and optimize Workato integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite
- Own data governance — deduplication, enrichment, CRM hygiene standards, and data quality metrics
- Provide user training, onboarding documentation, and change management support for system updates
