Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Consultant will partner with marketing and business development leaders across M3’s subsidiaries to identify growth opportunities, develop effective B2B outreach strategies, and implement campaigns that generate measurable business results.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and owning a full digital outreach path for each subsidiary, defining handoff criteria, follow-up cadence, and target account lists, and developing a repeatable outbound framework that can be adapted across business units, services, and buyer audiences.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has experience developing targeted growth programs, identifying key decision-makers within prospective client organizations, and translating market insights into actionable outbound strategies that generate qualified sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development, including at least 3 years owning persona-based marketing for outbound revenue generation.
- Demonstrated success reaching senior decision makers at complex B2B organizations.
- Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact enrichment and verification tools, and CRM integration.
- Experience supporting or consulting for multiple business units, clients, or brands with distinct customers.
- Ability to identify and verify the true buyer within a target organization (budget owner, decision maker, and influencers), distinguish them from adjacent or easier-to-reach contacts, and maintain a disciplined outreach cadence toward that person without defaulting to volume.
- Strong writing skills: short, specific, and adaptable by persona and subsidiary brand.
- Ability to use AI tools for research, personalization, and testing, with sound judgment about accuracy, brand, and disclosure.
- Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/UK GDPR, TCPA, and LinkedIn terms of service as they apply to outbound outreach.
- Ability to independently manage several concurrent programs, prioritize across businesses, and report clearly to sales and marketing leaders.
- Analytical fluency with campaign, deliverability, and CRM data; comfortable building simple dashboards.
