Role Overview

This role is part of the Mable team, a leading and fastest-growing healthtech platform in Australia. The Marketing Analytics Lead will elevate and innovate the company’s marketing analytics capability, focusing on driving Client Acquisition and Retention. The role will involve shaping in-house tracking, CRO, and analytics frameworks, backed by a generous media budget and a tier-1 tech stack.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Analytics Lead will own marketing tracking & measurement, lead CRO measurement & experimentation, build full-funnel marketing analytics, and deliver actionable insights to drive conversion and customer experience.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience in Marketing or Digital Analytics, with strong hands-on expertise in GA4 and GTM, and a passion for MarTech, tracking, experimentation, and evolving privacy technologies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Marketing or Digital Analytics
  • Strong hands-on expertise in GA4 and GTM
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, customer journeys, attribution, and performance measurement across acquisition and retention
  • Technical and analytical capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactive and commercially minded
