Role Overview
As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will ensure that our customers make the most of the full potential of machtfit from the first day on. You will make the platform known in their workforce and get employees excited about machtfit. You will work hand in hand with our Customer Success and a team of more than 50 colleagues.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include launch and onboarding communication, creation of communication materials, platform and company presence on-site/digital, accompanying existing customers & cross-/up-sell communication, event calendar & lecture series, data analysis and reporting, and coordination of in-house measures and health days.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will support our corporate customers in communicating around the launch of the machtfit platform in the context of onboarding, and you will analyze customer data and feedback to continuously optimize onboarding and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B2C, customer, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience in conceiving, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys
- Good writing skills
- Empathy for different customer setups
- High self-initiative and ownership
