Role Overview

The Lead, Senior Financial Analyst will shape accurate financial reporting, guide a capable team, and create impact across the University Group. The role requires a qualified finance professional with technical accounting expertise and people coordination skills, working in a well-regarded team within a supportive, hybrid working environment.

What You Will Do

Key accountabilities include supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of two Financial Analysts, performing month-end and year-end close activities, liaising with stakeholders, and identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Accounting degree
• Qualified or working towards CA/CPA
• Proven experience in month-end close processes
• Preparing and reviewing complex journals and reconciliations
• Experience coordinating or overseeing colleagues within a team
• Effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills
• Ability to work to high standards and meet agreed deadlines
• Sound planning and time-management skills
