Retail Customer Experience Associate

Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging with shoppers across all touchpoints – both in-store and online – and drive cross-category sales to support overall business goals. With a deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, you will make tailored product recommendations and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey.

What You Will Do

You’ll focus on the customer – offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships to bring the customers back. You’ll maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
