Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure business opportunities with the New Urban Communities and its affiliated urban development authorities across Egypt.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong business relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, monitor upcoming projects, and lead business development activities.

Strong exposure to NUCA and its affiliated authorities, with an established network of relevant government stakeholders, and a proven track record in identifying and securing government projects and contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- +12 years of relevant experience in Business Development
- Strong exposure to NUCA and its affiliated authorities
- Proven track record in identifying and securing government projects and contracts
- Good understanding of government tendering procedures, procurement processes, and project award mechanisms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Strong market knowledge of Egypt’s new urban communities and ongoing development projects
