Role Overview
Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, and this role will coordinate and execute daily cross-border trucking operations across Vietnam–Cambodia, Vietnam–China, and Vietnam–Laos corridors.
What You Will Do
Coordinate end-to-end cross-border trucking operations, ensure shipments are delivered safely and on time, and track on-time performance and service quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional working experience in cross-border trucking operation services, strong problem-solving and coordination skills, and solid knowledge of cross-border regulations and customs procedures.
Requirements
- At least 03 years’ professional working experience at similar role(s) in Cross-border Trucking Operation Services
- Willing to deal with high workload outside of standard working hours (OT payment eligible)
- Transport Management Certificate is a plus
- Direct experience in VN–Cambodia / VN–China trade lane is a big plus
- Language proficiency: native Vietnamese level AND fluent Chinese level AND fluent English level
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Transportation or similar major(s)
- Exposure to pricing analysis
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Solid knowledge of cross-border regulations and customs procedures
- Analytical capability — Excel, reporting, KPI tracking
- Comfortable in high-volume, 24/7 operations
- TMS / logistics systems experience is a plus
