Role Overview
The Data Analyst supports warehouse operations by transforming operational data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality, labor utilization, and customer service. This role partners closely with operations leadership to identify trends, develop reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making across a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You Will Do
Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools. Monitor key operational metrics, including productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service performance.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas
- Experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
