Deliver great people support, provide in-person support, represent the People Operations Advisory, and facilitate employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Shared Services, or a similar HR advisory role
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgement
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Workday or another Human Capital Management (HCM) system is an advantage
