People Operations Manager

Role Overview

As a People Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering a caring, consistent and high-quality employee experience across the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. You will lead People Operations Advisors across multiple locations and be accountable for day-to-day service delivery, process excellence, team engagement and the smooth execution of key employee lifecycle activities.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities include leading and engaging a team of People Operations Advisors, coaching and developing team members, planning resource allocation, and overseeing timely, accurate and high-quality HR operational services.

• 10+ years of experience in HR operations and generalist roles within large international organisations
• Team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR service delivery
• Payroll and works council experience is an advantage
• Proven leadership capability with experience managing diverse and distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop team members
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality employee experiences in high-volume environments
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience leading or supporting change and process improvement initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines and scope
• Analytical and process-oriented approach with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy and system optimisation
