Role Overview
The People Operations Team Lead will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of People Advisors across the Americas, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. The role involves overseeing daily People Operations activities, ensuring service excellence, process compliance, and timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries.

Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, overseeing daily People Operations activities, partnering with People Partners, business leaders, and HR stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations, with 2+ years leading and developing teams. They will have strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, preferably within logistics, warehousing, transportation, or other operational environments.

- 2+ years leading and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems
- Fluent English communication skills
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
