Role Overview

Adams Street’s Venture Growth team backs ambitious founders building technology and healthcare companies. The Associate will contribute across the full investment lifecycle, from thesis development to portfolio monitoring.

What You Will Do

Conduct investment due diligence, conduct market research, develop relationships with private companies, prepare investment memoranda, and work on internal processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in technology investment banking, consulting, principal investing, or analytical experience at a high-growth technology company
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology and emerging business models
• High-ownership, detail-oriented self-starter
• Advanced analytical / quantitative ability and excel modeling skills
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
