AI Solutions Engineer – Digital Marketing

Role Overview

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical voice of the MAI Group to our Enterprise customers, advising decision-makers on their AI strategy, identifying use cases with the greatest leverage, and showing with prototypes and demos what is actually possible in marketing, sales, and service.

What You Will Do

You will accompany customers and interested parties technically through the entire request process, answer questions about models and architectures, and make the concrete benefit tangible. You will lead use case workshops with specialist and IT departments, prioritize according to effectiveness and feasibility, and lead to a sustainable roadmap.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will bring several years of experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions engineering role and are used to leading relationships up to C-level. You will understand Python or Typescript, work routinely with APIs, MCPs, and have preferably built your own prototypes with AI.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions engineering role
• Understanding of Python or Typescript, APIs, MCPs, and AI
• Familiarity with IT security and data protection requirements
• Good German language skills (C2 level) and secure English language skills
