Partner Manager – Technology Partners

Role Overview

The Partner Manager drives growth and maturity of the 1:N motion in Make’s Technology Partner Program, managing a high-volume portfolio of partners, and collaborating across departments to identify cross-sell opportunities and surface product/API signals to internal teams.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include pitching prospective partners, onboarding and activating new partners, planning and executing go-to-market activities, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and deepening partner engagement through newsletters, webinars, and enablement content.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in a partner-facing or sales role, with a focus on managing a high-volume portfolio of partners, and basic marketing experience, such as running onboarding content, webinars, and newsletters.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a partner-facing or sales role
  • Basic marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Claude Code, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing
