Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of corporate MICE movements across domestic and international destinations. The role demands strong operational control, vendor coordination, financial discipline, crisis handling capability, and seamless on-ground delivery for large corporate groups.

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end execution of MICE movements, execute corporate events, prepare operational plans, coordinate with vendors, negotiate cost efficiencies, monitor event budgets, and ensure margin protection.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in contracting, sales, operations, or MICE, and prior exposure to corporate travel, event management, or hospitality will be preferred.
