This role is about sales incentives that actually change results. Across European markets, you’ll decide which parts of the current reward model to keep, which to change and what to build new. It’s a high-visibility position spanning sales leadership, finance, HR and data.

The role:

• Run sessions with senior sales leadership to shape future reward approaches, and make the case for change where needed.
• Build consistent incentive governance across European markets, with targets and KPIs tied to business direction.
• Measure whether schemes are driving results, and adjust them accordingly.
• Shape reporting and dashboards for target tracking alongside IT, HR systems and data teams.
• Review the current model, then rework or replace elements with designs built from scratch.
• Bring an outside view of how leading companies approach sales pay.
• Tailor plans to different roles, channels and countries.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years shaping sales pay and steering, in a sales or commercial excellence function or in consulting.
• Hands-on experience designing or rebuilding a significant incentive plan.
• Depth in quota setting, KPI design and variable pay.
• A structured thinker who turns complex problems into clear frameworks.
• Comfort with performance data. Power BI is a bonus.
• Confidence leading workshops with senior sales stakeholders and pushing back when needed.
• An outgoing, proactive style and openness to outside ideas.
• Fluent English, with German strongly preferred. International experience is a plus.
