Digital Marketing Manager (12 month FTC)

Role Overview

The role requires an organised and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join the Digital Marketing team, leading the execution of SEO, GEO, Affiliate, and customer review strategies.

What You Will Do

The manager will lead the SEO and GEO strategy, manage and optimise the affiliate programme, own the day-to-day relationship with paid media agency partners, and partner with Content, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Social teams to develop and optimise content.

Requirements

• 5 years+ experience in SEO, Organic Search, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media, or a similar digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of content optimisation, keyword research, and organic performance measurement
• Experience working with SEO platforms such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and the evolving AI search landscape
• Experience managing affiliate programmes and working with affiliate networks, publishers, and agency partners
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into action
• Experience working with paid media agencies across PPC and paid social, with the confidence and commercial understanding to interrogate performance, challenge recommendations, and drive continuous improvement
• Experience managing customer review platforms and developing strategies to increase review volume, quality, ratings, and engagement
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, insight generation, content workflows, and campaign execution, with sound judgement around accuracy, brand standards, and responsible use
