The Sales Operations Manager will lead the sales operations efforts for the customer success team, develop dashboards and reports, and work cross-functionally to develop new strategies and processes. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex projects, excels at reporting and analytics, and has a strategic vision for sales processes.
Requirements
- Lead the Sales Operations efforts for our customer success team
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop/implement new strategies, training programs, and processes
- Develop dashboards, tools, and reports to evaluate performance baselines and targets
- Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and metrics to sales leadership
- Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Partner and influence numerous cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure comprehensive planning for systems changes and associated readiness for the Customer Success department
- Actively participate in business requirement review and refinement for all sales tools
- Plan, lead, and execute sales initiatives
- Drive operational excellence and rigor of current processes
- Work with management to ensure comprehensive process documentation
- Design and lead the implementation and standardization of customer success processes
