Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member who will own our content and brand channels, support our performance and SEO efforts, and use AI tools smartly to work faster and better, growing into a well-rounded marketing generalist within an international B2B firm.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow our social media presence, plan and execute recurring email campaigns, design ad visuals, prepare printed and offline marketing materials, and support SEO efforts.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English.
• Ability to create visuals, brochures, and presentations with Canva or Adobe tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read and interpret marketing metrics; comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• High proficiency and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut) is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, or Semrush is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) is a plus.
• Interest in B2B and B2C marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting) is a plus.
