Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the acquisition and management of high-value deals, oversee multi-location transactions, and expand the company’s footprint across larger territories. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing strategic business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years selling in a solution-based role, proven performance in a competitive high-volume sale, with successful achievement of ambitious goals
  • Digital Literacy: desktop (e.g., MS Word and Outlook) and social (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) applications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of the staffing industry, exposure to the light industrial or clerical space is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
