Drive growth, create impact, and help clients navigate career transitions and organisational change as a Business Development Manager for Right Management Ireland.
What You Will Do
Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strategic business development plans, build relationships with senior HR and business executives, and create a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ successful business development experience
- Strong track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts
- Experience selling professional services or consultative solutions
- Proven success engaging senior executive and HR stakeholders
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Benefits
- Salary Range: €60k-€70k base
- 20% OTE
- Uncapped commissions
