Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will spearhead the acquisition and management of high-value deals, oversee multi-location transactions, and expand the company’s footprint across larger territories. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing strategic business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Conduct thorough market research, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, analyze market trends, prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, and adopt Manpower methodologies to pursue profitable business opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales Experience: 2+ years selling in a solution-based role, proven performance in a competitive high-volume sale, with successful achievement of ambitious goals
• Technical: Digital Literacy: desktop (e.g., MS Word and Outlook) and social (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) applications
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of the staffing industry, exposure to the light industrial or clerical space is a plus
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
