Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant Operations experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Government Contracting environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing small teams in a hybrid environment
- High proficiency in Google platform and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and written communication skills
