Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team for the night shift. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with international clients, and converting prospects into customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

What You Will Do

Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms. Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services. Generate and qualify leads for business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / International Sales / BPO Sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
