Role Overview
MAOMAO is building one of Germany’s most exciting Asian food e-commerce businesses. We’re looking for a Growth & Strategy Manager to work directly with our founders, drive marketing performance and help scale MAOMAO.
What You Will Do
Drive growth, scale TikTok Shop & Social Commerce, own marketing performance, drive marketing execution, lead strategic projects, and work with the founders.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong academic background in business, economics, management or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business results
- Fluent German (C1+) OR Mandarin Chinese (equivalent professional fluency)
- Professional working proficiency in English
