Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Technical Business Development Director to lead strategic growth across our expanding process engineering and fabrication business.
What You Will Do
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the business as a trusted partner for complex engineering and fabrication solutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience in process engineering, fabrication, mechanical engineering or industrial manufacturing.
- Successful track record in a senior business development, sales or commercial leadership role.
- Experience securing high-value engineering or fabrication projects.
- Strong understanding of industrial plant, process systems and engineered solutions.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs and technical specifications.
- Experience working with major industrial clients, EPC contractors and consulting engineers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience selling bespoke engineered solutions rather than off-the-shelf products.
