Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and lead affiliate programs for our clients. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who knows the Affiliate space, has the publisher relationships to prove it, and acts as a true extension of each client’s marketing team.

Recruit and manage publishers, negotiate high-value partnerships, drive content commerce, and turn performance data into smart, actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Established relationships with publishers across multiple verticals
- Working knowledge of major affiliate networks
- Client-first mindset
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new marketing channels
