Role Overview
The Regional FP&A Head will support the Regional RGM CFO in business partnering and financial planning, leading the financial forecasting process and providing analyses on financial performance.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading financial forecasting, providing financial insights, and championing AI and digital tools to improve reporting and ways of working.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, 10 years of relevant work experience, and fluency in English and French or a third language.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Relevant work experiences (10 years)
- Fluency in English – French or a 3rd language
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HFM, digital tools, Power BI
- AI Champion
- Relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting – ideally within an FP&A role
- Business Partner experience in a local market is preferred
- Prior Experience in a FMCG or Healthcare company is preferred
- Experience in a Regional position would be a competitive advantage but not mandatory
