FP&A Specialist – Sales Compensation Incentive Plan team

Role Overview

Join the FP&A department within the Sales Compensation Incentive Plan team at Marsh. This hybrid role is based in Lisbon and requires working at least three days a week in the office. The role will focus on supporting USA-based teams.

What You Will Do

Analyze financial data, triage issues, research and validate changes, manage stakeholders, optimize work and procedures, and maintain best practices policies.
