Marketing & Communications Leader – Colombia and Venezuela

The Marketing & Communications Leader will build and lead a high-performing marketing team to drive commercial growth and enhance brand value across Marsh’s businesses in Colombia and Venezuela. The role requires strategic counsel to local CEOs and business leaders, managing brand equity, and championing innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing and sales leadership experience in B2B, complex organizations, or rapidly growing enterprises
• Proven senior-level leadership managing both direct and indirect reports
• Experience leading or closely partnering with sales on marketing and product strategies
• Strong public relations and brand positioning experience
• Demand generation and digital marketing experience, including AI application to marketing best practice
• Ability to manage multiple products, services, and channels
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about driving client value and growth
