Role Overview

The Services and Sales Operations Manager will handle daily work in China, coordinate activities with the China ICG manager, and drive Strategic Carrier revenue growth. The team provides service with strategic cooperation planning, senior management engagement, regular cooperation reviews, and insurance report sharing services.

What You Will Do

The role involves handling daily work in China, coordinating activities with the China ICG manager, driving Strategic Carrier revenue growth, organizing regular governance and review meetings, collaborating with placement and business leaders, building strong relationships with ICA carriers, and providing regular reports on local cooperation with global and regional ICA insurers.

• 5 years’ or above P&C insurance experience
• Strong communication skills with both management and teams
• Ability to implement revenue maximization strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in using Office software, and able to perform data analysis with Excel
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to influence others and articulate rationale for central ICG strategy and actions
• Ability to negotiate with both internal and external parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
