Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Sponsorship Manager to join Marsh’s Marketing & Communications Brand Sponsorship team, based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work in the office at least three days per week. You will lead the review, evaluation, and coordination of Marsh’s brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

You’ll partner closely with marketing, legal, and commercial stakeholders to ensure sponsorship activity aligns with Marsh’s brand standards, strategic priorities, and legal requirements- while building a consistent, measurable global process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in sponsorships, partnerships, brand marketing, communications, or a related strategic role.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office Suite, and structured tracking/reporting processes.
