Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Data Analyst who combines strong analytical depth with sharp business acumen to lead the Sales Analytics workstream and serve the Sales function as a primary business partner.
What You Will Do
You will analyze sales, distribution, inventory, and promotion data to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to the Sales Director and senior leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or business-related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or BI roles
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency with at least one BI platform
- Deep understanding of business context
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Products, or F&B, especially with multi-channel distribution
